Hi,

In the file "Analysis mask files description_20210520.docx", the title says that it's for "I-SPY 1 / ACRIN_6657 and Breast-MRI-NACT-Pilot Collections". Is that a typo, or was the older mask description file uploaded?

Hi Walt:
Sorry for the confusion. That is the description of the mask files from ISPY1/6657.
The ISPY2/6698 masks are identical in how they encode the different masking levels, so the description is still valid. The major difference is that they are now stored as a DICOM SEG object instead of as a set of 2D DICOM MRI objects.
I will try to upload a more current documentation file. Thanks for pointing this out.
