> Alignment errors between DCE images and masks

We are noticing alignment errors between the DCE images and the corresponding mask image. We see this misalignment in both the original dicom series and after converting both to nifti file formats. Essentially after converting both to .nii formats, for some cases, it seems the mask is "flipped" in the Z-direction. If the image goes from slice 1-z, then the mask is being read as going from z-1. Is there a way to correctly load/align the image and corresponding FTV mask?

We are looking into this issue and don't know yet if it is specific to the reading software being used or errors in the DICOM segmentation files. The patients that were reported to be effected are:

If you are using the Analysis Mask Segmentation objects please check these patient cases carefully to make sure you are getting the correct alignment of the mask to the images.
